    Inspect fiberglass container exterior, verify hydrostatic date of CO2/N2 gas inflation cylinders, and check net charge weight.

  2. Chamber Inflation & Working Pressure (WP) Hold Test

    Inflate buoyancy chambers with dry air; monitor pressure gauge over 6-hour period with ambient temperature correction.

  3. Necessary Additional Pressure (NAP) Test & Relief Valve Verification

    Subject buoyancy tubes to double working pressure test (NAP); verify correct automatic opening of pressure relief valves.

  4. Emergency Equipment Pack Audit & Pyrotechnic Expiry Renewal

    Inspect SOLAS emergency rations, drinking water sachets, radar reflector, and replace expired distress pyrotechnics.

  5. Container Vacuum Resealing & Class Certificate Delivery

    Vacuum-seal raft into container with new sealing gasket and hydrostatic release unit (HRU); deliver with Class certificate.
