Seanav Marine provides certified annual inspection, face mask positive-pressure testing, and 5-year hydrostatic stretch testing for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and Emergency Escape Breathing Devices (EEBD) at all Indian ports.     Inspect exterior composite fiber wrapping and internal steel/aluminum liner for pitting, thread damage, and hydrostatic expiry.

  2. Pressure Reducer & First-Stage Valve Calibration

    Test primary pressure reducer output pressure (6-9 bar); verify medium-pressure relief valve functions reliably.

  3. Demand Valve & Positive Pressure Face Mask Airtightness Test

    Mount full-face mask on breathing test mannequin; verify positive pressure seal hold and low-pressure audible whistle activation (>55 bar).

  4. Breathing Air Compressor Purity Analysis (EN 12021)

    Analyze air from shipboard charging compressor for CO, CO2, oil mist, and moisture dew point using Dräger Impactor tubes.

  5. Certification & Color-Coded Inspection Tagging

    Issue official Class-approved test certificates for all SCBA/EEBD sets and affix dated annual inspection rings to cylinder necks.
