🔧 Job Overview:
Seanav Marine is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring smooth coordination between our clients, vendors, and internal departments. The Support Coordinator will play a critical role in managing service jobs, handling inquiries, and supporting operational workflows to ensure timely service delivery.

As a Support Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of our service department by overseeing communication, managing documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient coordination.


🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently receive and coordinate incoming service and supply inquiries via email, fax, or letter

  • Understand basic technical requirements and decide the next course of action accordingly

  • Handle necessary administrative tasks, including preparing service reports and maintaining documentation

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate job execution

  • Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to manage internal workflows

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Represent the company in a polite, professional, and customer-centric manner

  • Assist the Head of Support and Support Manager in daily operations

  • Take ownership of routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed

  • Contribute to process improvements and support implementation of new ideas


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-Year Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Communication Engineering

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability

  • Experience in marine service industry or technical coordination is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is preferred

  • Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

  • Immediate Joiners preferred


🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a technical discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Communication Engineering)
