Seanav Marine is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Navcom service operations in Mumbai. This role offers a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage service delivery, coordinate technical teams, and ensure high-quality service support for navigation and communication equipment on vessels.
As a Service Manager, you will oversee daily service activities, manage customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service quality. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
๐ Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the Navcom service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Coordinate installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of navigation and communication equipment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and improve service standards.

Monitor service schedules, technician performance, and maintain service records.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for parts and technical support.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality management systems.

Prepare service reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Identify training needs and support continuous professional development of the service team.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support business growth and customer retention.
โ What Weโre Looking For:

Bachelorโs Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Marine Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in service management within the marine navigation and communication industry.

Strong technical background in Navcom equipment and marine electronics.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with CRM and service management software is a plus.
