π§ Job Overview:
Seanav Marine is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our Navcom service operations in Dubai. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to lead technical teams, manage service delivery, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in marine navigation and communication equipment servicing.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating installation, repair, and maintenance services, supervising service engineers, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure seamless operations.
π Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Navcom service team to deliver efficient and timely service support.

Coordinate servicing, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of navigation and communication systems onboard vessels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.

Monitor service schedules, manage technician performance, and maintain accurate service documentation.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement and technical support.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality management standards.

Prepare regular service reports and updates for senior management.

Identify team training needs and support continuous skill development.

Work closely with sales and technical departments to drive service quality and business growth.
β What Weβre Looking For:

Bachelorβs Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Marine Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in service management within the marine Navcom or marine electronics industry.

Strong technical knowledge of navigation and communication equipment.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Experience with CRM and service management tools is advantageous.
