The YOUNG Model 05106 Wind Monitor-MA measures horizontal wind speed and direction. Similar in operation to Model 05103, it utilizes long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, ceramic bearings and ruggedized vertical components for the additional rigors of a marine environment. The sensor is available with different cable lengths that are attached in a sealed capsule internal to the sensor.
