🔧 Job Overview:
Seanav Marine is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer – NAVCOM for our Dubai operations. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow their careers in the maritime electronics industry while working in one of the world’s most dynamic maritime hubs.
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a professional representative of Seanav Marine, providing expert consultation to clients and building lasting relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across our comprehensive range of Navigation and Communication products, solutions, and services.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily and weekly customer engagement plans for both new and existing clients

Deliver online presentations and prepare tailored sales/project proposals

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities

Strengthen relationships with key accounts and expand business from existing clients

Maintain accurate records of customer data and opportunities using CRM tools

Gather and relay customer feedback to the Sales Management team

Monitor industry trends and contribute to the development of sales strategies

Oversee order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups on overdue payments
-
Comply with internal Quality Management System (QMS) processes
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication (Required)

Postgraduate Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing (Preferred)

Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in Electronics or IT products

Strong understanding of NAVCOM systems and market competitors (Preferred)

Experience working with maritime clients (Preferred)

Proficient in spoken and written English

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills

Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Required)
🚗 License/Certification:

Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
